Motor Vehicle Accident - Old William Penn Hwy/Cozy Inn Cut Off

Station 64 (White Valley VFD) was dispatched by Westmoreland 911 at 4:10 PM for a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) on Old William Penn Hwy. and Cozy Inn Cut-Off within Station 64’s district. Rescue 64 went enroute with (5) firefighters on board. Director 610 was first on scene and advised a rollover accident with a patient still inside the vehicle and the vehicle was unstable. When Rescue 64 arrived on scene, Lieutenant 64-2 took command of the scene. Crews began to stabilize the pickup truck to prevent it from rolling any further. Once the vehicle was stabilized, crews assisted with extricating the driver from the vehicle. Once the driver was extricated crews then began clean up operations. After all debris was removed from the roadway and spills were cleaned up both vehicles were towed from the scene and Rescue 64 returned back in service.
